Making products for others to enjoy brings me a tremendous amount of JOY! I put a lot of thought and love into each item. As such, each item is inspected carefully and packaged with care before delivering or shipping so returns are limited. See Below.
Returns & Exchanges
Items are inspected thoroughly before shipping so if it is damaged upon receipt, I deeply apologized. I understand the disappointment of waiting excitedly for a new item and to not be able to use it. All items are insured so, please, take photos of the damaged item and the packaging so that we may file claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, since all items are made in small batches, it may take time to reproduce if that is possible at all. If we cannot produce the item a refund will be provided.
Return Costs
Shipping Costs are non refundable. If the item was damaged in transit, the replacement will not have a shipping fee
10 Days to Return
To be eligible for return, the unused, undamaged item must be repacked in the original packaging. Please email beinjoycandleco@gmail.com for return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may result in failure of return payment.
